Hi my name is Carolyn and I was born and raised on the sunny beautiful island of Aruba. I’m an island girl at heart,born under the fire sign Sagittarius. I’m a mother of 3,and I recently got my certificate in nursing.
I love helping people,and carrying for the Elderly I like spending time with my kids,and I’m a horror fanatic I love being outdoors and exploring I’m driven by wanderlust

As a teenager I always struggled with my self image, I was and still am the chubbiest amongst my sister’s and cousins,and those closest to me didn’t make me feel any better about my body.
That all changed when I hit my thirties and realized I was made with a little more love 
And also I stopped carrying about other people’s opinions about what true beauty is(or suppose to be) and started loving my body, every inch of my imperfect, perfectly curvy body. I started loving everything that makes me ……well Me.
I love being a sensual Queen Size Goddess, As a curvy woman I love how clothes look sexy on me. We big girls give lots of love and warm hugs 
The biggest influence in my personal life I would have to say is myself. For the pass eight years I have been working on my self love, growth and healing, I have won battles making me the strong woman I am today and proud of the things I have achieved.
I’m still setting goals and working my way to achieve them I don’t give up. Life is one big adventure,and time goes by so fast to settle for anything less, the your hearts desire
If I could go back in time and see my younger self I would tell her to not ever give up on yourself,push yourself,you can do anything you set your mind to I love you.
I admire Ashley Graham and La’Tecia Thomas and the confidence they have with their body and how they feel good in their own skin.
Social media can be a positive outlet for curvy woman, but social media being what it is ,I could also come with negative outlook on curvy woman alot of body shamming it can also make curvy woman become a fetish for some man.
Curvy woman are now more accepted in European countries ( even more desired) where petite was “the norm” But most men end up making it official with a petite woman, because it fits into their social image better.
Being a Caribbean woman,where curvy woman are adored for their voluptuous curves it’s hard dating here in the Netherlands you’ll wonder if they date you just to satisfy their fetish or do they really love you for the curvy Goddess that you are.
We are curvy woman and we do have standards.
I found Curvy Angels on Facebook I was looking for pages to follow that was based on body positivity for curvy woman and that’s how I found this beautiful page with gorgeous woman and so I found woman like myself that love the skin their in.
