Who you follow on social media sometimes can play a part and this is something a lot of us tend to ignore subconsciously.
Social media plays a big part in the comparison game and many times can cause self doubt or anxiety. This means you may have to unfollow your favorite celebrity, or favorite gossip blog or influencer.
Follow only accounts you find value in and can find yourself relating to. One thing that helps is following people that look just like you. Follow more curvy influencers, join some big girl groups, check out some body positivity accounts, all this helps you to become the best you.
This will help normalize yourself through the lens of seeing other people daily like you.

No this does not mean you have to work out all the time but physically just movement of the body can help boost confidence. It does not have to be high active workout activity, you can start out simple just by walking.
A good hour walk can make a difference and make you feel different. Little steps leads to big results.
Even yoga is a very good activity to get into, people tend to underestimate but the effects is lovely. Busting a little sweat is good for the soul and you can even make it fun by dancing.
There are plenty of active dance videos to get you moving. Don’t be afraid to get active.
Improve Your Body Language.
Stop trying to shrink yourself in the corner to stay “out of the way”. Never ever should you feel the need to reduce yourself to try to avoid awkward interactions.
Own every bit of yourself and of course this will take time and practice. Always understand that not everyone is 100% satisfied with something about themselves but everyone has to make a way to cope with it on a daily basis.
Even celebrities and people with millions of dollars aren’t happy and that’s why they always change something about themselves, and its still never enough.
This is where you have to start picking and loving all the good attributes about yourself and hold your head high. You are more than just a body, you also have personality, a mind and the freedom to make yourself happy.

Big arms, thick thighs, FUPA, stretch marks it doesn’t matter darling, you have to own that shit. All of these are natural to have and with each individual it will be different. Right now we are focusing on you and not them.
