I’m Sabrena, a small town girl from Pennsylvania. I have not always been this confident in my body until I started my weight loss journey 5 years ago.
I’ve lost 186 pounds and then I had 14 pounds of skin cut off and in November of this year I will be having a second round of skin removal so now my confidence is very very high!!
When I was younger and in high school I was always picked on for my weight, I was always the heaviest one of the females in our class so it was very sad I cried a lot.
Now I love my body him I would never want to go back to be in as heavy as I was I mean I’m still 200 pounds but I have curves in all the right places ha ha ha.
My thoughts on being a curvy girl as I try to establish confidence in all plus size women when they see how happy and confident I am as a plus size they understand that they can be the same way!
Some of my biggest influencers would definitely be my mother and obviously having children it push me to want to live longer!
If I could tell my younger self anything it would be not to cry over the people who hurt my feelings growing up because of my weight because eventually everyone gains weight and then they look at you and tell you how good you look as there is a heavy ones now lol.
One of my online influencers would definitely be Tess Holiday!! Tessa has help me because she is short and she’s a plus size with lots of tattoos and I am the same way.
I am short plus size and I have a lot of tattoos and recently have been asked to do a few model shoots as well I would love to get out there like she has!
Social media has definitely affected me in a positive way because people follow my journey on TikTok on Instagram on Facebook and they reach out to me about my weight-loss journey so social media definitely helps me be more out there for people to ask any kind of questions.
I found Curvy Angels by a friend actually sharing a post on Facebook about confident women and I clicked on it and I went to the website and then I seen all the beautiful women posting positive enforcement and it made me feel good because I am a plus size as well.
